Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs. International shipping delivery times will depend on your location and shipping choices. The product may be shipped to my warehouse before shipping internationally as some vendors do not ship overseas. I will only use services that provide tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS First Class does not provide these services in some countries and an additional fee to upgrade to priority mail will be required. International customers are responsible for all taxes due. I only ship to Paypal verified addresses in the USA and International. If an order must be cancelled because the address is not verified a 10% fee will be charged. Returns: You may return any new item purchased that is "dead on arrival," or arrives in damaged condition for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of purchase. The buyer will pay the return postage receiving a refund once the item is received and inspected, the only exception is for international customers. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs regardless of the reason due to the high cost. The Seller reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20% percent and the cost of return shipping of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, missing pieces or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee up to 100% based on the condition of the product plus the cost of return shipping. If you decide you just do not want the product and would like to return it or cancel an order before receiving it, a restocking fee of 20% will apply plus the cost of the return shipping if applicable. The Seller will not accept returns of any item more than 14 days after you receive the shipment.
