Return Policy
To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Timepiece Perfection offers a 7 day return period from the date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the watch to confirm correct brand/model/color and in correct working condition before wearing, sizing or removing any plastic or tags.
 
Terms and Conditions:
All returns must have a return authorization number assigned by Timepiece Perfection before returning the watch. Packages without RA numbers will be refused!All items must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging, instructions, manufacturer plastics & tags intact and un-removed. Watch must not show any signs of wear. Buyer must obtain RA# within 7 days of delivery date. Once the buyer receives RA# the item must be received back to Timepiece Perfection within 7 days. Return credit will be issued in the same form as original payment. All returns will be credited less true shipping cost.International sales are considered special order and cannot be returned. Pre-owned watches are also non-refundable unless our description was not accurate, (It is at our sole discretion to determine the accuracy).Returns must be shipped via insured and traceable source. If a loss occurs before Timepiece Perfection signs for the package, the buyer is liable. If item is damaged in shipment, buyer/shipper is liable.
