Very rare early 1970's DELVINA Super Compressor Swiss-made Divers watch 25 Jewels Automatic ETA 2782 incabloc movementServiced only a few months ago, functions exactly as it should and tells perfect timeThe watch is in excellent condition for its age and fully functioning with rotating inner bezel operated by independent upper crown. Both crowns are full size and both with original crosshatch design still visibleVery impressive vintage watch with a military feel and very similar to the highly sought-after Longines Legend Diver Watch will come with a watch box, but not the original one sadly. I have changed the strap to a 2 piece distressed leather strap, please see photo's 1 and 2. The other strap was to chunky for the watch and didn't look as good. only the 2 piece leather strap will be included in the sale. It has a beautiful black gloss dial with original lume and stunning patina to the triangle marker on the bezel. Original steel hands with a fantastic arrowhead seconds hand.I found this a great everyday watch to wear. It is a good size 36mm diameter excl crowns (which themselves measure 4mm width) with the automatic movement, date window (with quick-set date) & timing function with the rotating bezelWith vintage watches, especially ones of this age, it is never a good idea to wear them in the water. Under my ownership this watch has never been worn in water This will be a very good future investment, you won't find another one like itPlease note I am not a watch expert, just an enthusiast.
