Vintage Gubelin "IPSO-MATIC" Solid 18k Gold Automatic Wristwatch from 1950's.This is a very fine vintage Gübelin IPSO-MATIC watch from the 1950's.Original satin finish gold colored dial with applied gold bar markers and dauphine hands. 43mm long from lug tip to lug tip, 35 mm diameter (not include crown) 18K heavy solid yellow gold case.Screwback case is in good condition with normal wear and light scratches but no abuse.The case is marked 5/10. Gubelin Swiss 18K 15xxxx and looks good.The Gubelin automatic movement is a high grade Felsa 690 with 25 jewels adjusted to 2 positions
is running perfectly and keeping good time but there is no service history.The crystal looks good.The dial has some nice aged patina and is original untouched.Gubelin watches was started in 1885 by Jakob Gubelin in Berlin, Germany.
