As a service to our troops serving outside of the country, we can ship to APO’s via USPS. This might delay shipment for up to a week as we do not get the post office regularly. We will do our best, though, to get there as soon as possible. Delivery Requirements For your protection and ours, all of our watches require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. If you know that no one will be home to receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the UPS driver to deliver it to a neighbor. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS branch. Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Certifiedwatchstore. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
