The Première watch was created in 1987 as the first timepiece for Chanel. It’s rectangular case was inspired by the Chanel No.5 perfume bottle stopper and the shape of Place Vendome, located in Paris, France. This is an authentic Chanel Première 1987 watch. #V.S.81485. Steel Link bracelet with lock clasp. Steel octagonal case dimensions; 1" x 3/4" (20mm) Quartz movement. Black lacquered dial, bevelled crystal with no scratches. In very good condition for its age. Signs of wear include scratches on clasp and sides of case. (look at photos). New battery. 30 meters/100 feet water resistant. Sorry, no original box or paperwork. Reintroduced in 2013, a new premiere chain watch 20mm starts at $4700. Shipping includes insurance.
