Description This watch is in very impressive condition. It is guaranteed running and keeping time Issued between 1929-30. This watch has the 979 19j movement.
Many watches have been harvested for gold melting, there may not be very many of these left for collectors.
The case is nice and smooth not showing much wear . No dings, gouges, nicks. This is a fine example The case back is still very smooth with no dedications/presentations, monograms engraved ; the inner case back is factory stamped and marked 14 K serial # 145911.
The gold inlaid enamel bezel is excellent.
The glass crystal is excellent. The Silver dial is excellent. It features blued steel art deco hands.
This watch is powered by a 19 jewel 979-F movement serial 2917071 in perfect working order . this is a fabulous example worthy of a significant collection!
