MOVIMENTO: meccanico automatico, il favoloso calibro 916 "Speedbeat" (28800 alternanze ora) di manifattura Jaeger LeCoultre (JLC è forse il più importante produttore svizzero di movimenti per orologi d'alta fascia: famosi calibri Patek Philippe and Vacheron Constantin sono stati in realtà realizzati da Jaeger LeCoultre). Dotato di doppio bariletto (uno per il tempo, l'altro per il dispositivo meccanico di suoneria) e settaggio datario semi-rapido (da ore 22 a ore 3, indietro a 22 e così via). Un'ultima nota sulla sbalorditiva uniformità di marcia della lancetta centrale dei secondi (vedere link YouTube allegato a seguire) dovuta all'alta frequenza e alla superba meccanica di questo spettacolare calibro JLC.
ALIMENTAZIONE: carica automatica con i movimenti del polso (può essere caricato anche manualmente)
CONDIZIONI OROLOGIO: usato poco, tenuto a lungo in cassetta di sicurezza in banca. In ottime condizioni generali e perfettamente funzionante. NB: Questo orologio appartiene alla collezione privata di un mio amico ex orologiaio (oggi in pensione) nonché appassionato collezionista, il quale garantisce che i suoi orologi sono originali e perfettamente funzionanti.
