Limited Edition U-Boat IFO U925 “Puro Argento” Solid Sterling Silver Left-Sided Crown Automatic Watch + Extra Original New Leather Strap Offered for sale is this exceptional and rare Limited Edition U-Boat IFO U925 “Puro Argento” . There are only 300 pieces ever made and this is number #136. This is a pretty rare and high value watch. A true collector find. The listed price is based on the average item market value. However, ANY offer will be considered, therefore courage ! Condition as in the pictures, very clean. The watch is in good working condition, running STRONG and keeping time. However, no service history available. Special looking silver patina and normal scratches (silver is easy to scratch). Item Description This U-Boat IFO watch is made entirely by Sterling Silver and comes with an original U-Boat black leather strap. The watch has Sterling Silver round case, engraved solid back with see-thru opening, canteen left-sided crown with safety screw top, smooth bezel and lugs. The case measures approximately 52 mm (60 mm including the crown), 18 mm thick and weights ~90 grams. On the back cover is marked: "Cassa Argentopuro / 30 metri / Edizione Limitata 300 Pz / ETA2824-2" Movement ETA 2824-2 with 25 jewels
The black dial is painted with Arabic Numerals and index markers matching painted hands and date at 3 o'clock. Mineral glass face & back, in very good condition
The watch is signed - on the dial, on the movement, on the crown, on the strap and on the buckle. The brown original strap with silver plate is heavily damaged. However, the watch come equipped with an used but original U-Boat black leather strap. In additional, a Brand NEW high quality original U-Boat black leather strap is included. Therefore, 3 straps in total. The lugs are 23mm wide. Metallic original U-Boat box included, together with instructions manual. No warranty or additional papers available.
