Bovet has lived up to their highest of quality and craftsmanship through this timepiece, but not surprising! This Bovet Dimier Recital 6 Orbis Mundi DT1150-OM-001, the first non-tourbillon version of the series, is a mixture in appearance. This watch is perfect for the world traveler, whether for pleasure or business, is suffices the needs of knowing the time in multiple locations! The openwork multi-color skeletonized dial, in my opinion, truly makes this watch, especially with the GMT!!! The functions on the dial include double time zone, 24 top international cities, hours and minutes on sub dials, and day/night indication. While the features and overall design are very traditional, there is an av-ant garde old-world style decor to them. This practical piece has an automatic Calibre 11BA14 movement with a 3 day power reserve and a more complex world time function. This is important so that you know what time it is on the other timezone more accurately given the time being displayed in a 12 hour format. The Recital 6 has the same style of titanium and 18k white gold 45mm wide case. Complementing this piece is a black leather strap with matching stitching and a Bovet 18k White Gold Tang Buckle.
