This watch is being sold AS IS! Item Description: You are watching on a pre-owned Vintage Genuine Universal Geneve Moonphase Tri Compax Cal. 287 – Very Rare. This watch in search for a new owner. Need to be serviced! The buttons of triple calendar is not working and the chrono is working only the center seconds. The hour, minutes and seconds are working properly! The features / descriptions are seen below: There is no need for much introduction for an exquisite watch from the Universal Geneve. This item is a stunning and rare example from 1940´s, an antique mechanical Universal Geneve. Movement number: 246123 Serial Number: 1200856 / 42406 Size: 36 mm (excluding crown) Lug to lug: 43mm Case: Genuine rose gold plated. There are some wear scratches on the case (visible). Caseback: Genuine solid silver steel. There are some wear scratches on the caseback and some little dots of corrosion (visible). It is signed Fond – Acier Inoxydable – Universal Geneve – Swiss. Crystal: Acrylic crystal. There are some wear scratches on the crystal (visible). Dial: It was re-painted by professional watchmakers! It´s signed Universal Geneve – Swiss Made. Hands: Genuine hands, but they were painted in black! They are in excellent condition and working great! Movement: Genuine cal. 287 Manual Wind from Universal Geneve. It’s signed Universal Geneve Swiss (bridge). Chronograph movement is in running condition, but the minutes and hours are not working. The chrono (central seconds) works well and can be reset back to zero. Crown: Genuine crown (not signed). It has some marks of the age. Buttons: Genuine rose gold plated buttons. It has some marks of the age. The three buttons of triple calendar are not working! Band: Comes with a black leather strap used, but it is good condition.
