For information call Mauricio at 310.433-9293 The Hamilton Watch Company was founded in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1892. Its first series of pocket watches, Broadway Limited, became known as the "Watch of Railroad Accuracy". The unrivalled precision and reliability of the Hamilton railroad watches put a stop to an epidemic of serious accidents and marked the beginning of a long and continuing journey of successful timekeeping. During the second decade of the 20th century Hamilton gained the prestigious rank of supplier to the US Armed Forces. The first of the wrist-watches provided was used by General "Black Jack" Pershing and his troops who were fighting in the European trenches. The featured watch describe is a very special 120th Anniversary Hamilton Khaki Navy Pioneer H78190 timepiece in polished Stainless Steel case measuring 46.5mm. Fixed bezel. Automatic movement. Displays a Silver dial with blued steel hands with Index and Arabic Numerals Hours markers. Luminous hands hours and seconds markers. Also displayed on the dial is a date window at the 6 o'clock, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, push/pull crown at 3 o'clock, Light brown handcrafted Hamilton leather strap  with Hallmark Tang clasp. Water resistant up to 30m/100ft. Functions: Hour, Minute, Second. manual winding Manual wind, Swiss made, -17 jewels, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, a crown at 3 o'clock, solid case back, water resistant up to 30m/100ft. Personal Note--LNIB, Comes with Box, International warranty, special Instruction manual for the numbered box... This piece has such a unique design.. From first glance, looks original, but when you look closer you see its rare quality. The details on this timepiece are intriguing. Hamilton has continued to prove their reputation for crafting reliable, classic watch designs, while always having an interesting edge..."As Hamilton enters its 120th year of timekeeping on land, in the air and at the sea, the Hamilton Khaki Navy Pioneer Limited Edition mirrors the brand's deep-rooted maritime history. A finely crafted contemporary interpretation of the marine chronometers produced by Hamilton during WWII, this timekeeper prides itself on accuracy and doubles as a wristwatch and table - clock. The look is elegant as well as legible. I love the crisp clear appearance of the Silver dial, it works well with the blued-steel hands, subsidiary seconds dial, taking some inspiration from days of the period. Very classy!!  The watch is clean, composed, and a joy to read. The case is very interesting as well. This limited edition version has a great looking coined edge bezel and attached lug structure. I like the looped lugs style as well as the light brown leather strap. It looks very handsome on the wrist... Finally! These box sets are said to have sold out by Hamilton ADs. Here in front of you is the chance to add one to your collection. Limited edition, numbered fairly low - and unworn... Cool right? I love these convertible style pieces..   "One of the cooler items to come out of Basel World 2012, in the accessible category, was the limited edition Hamilton Khaki Navy Pioneer. This 46mm, Unitas 6498-2 powered time piece paid close respect to the Marine Chronometers Hamilton manufactured in the during WWII for Naval vessels. These deck clocks were key maritime instruments, as they provided a precise time reference for calculating longitude. Hamilton recreated, albeit in smaller form, the look and function of this precision instrument by creating a convertible watch, which could be worn on a strap via wire lugs, or mounted in a gimbal box as a show piece". This version of the Khaki Navy Pioneer appears to be long gone. The limited edition version is the best!     Light brown handcrafted Hamilton leather strap  with Hallmark Tang clasp.     Hamilton... Housed inside is a manual winding intricate Swiss made, -17 jewels movement, Hamilton uses a decorated mid range version of the 6498 that can be seen in the case when you detach it from the strap module...       The strap module is well-done and integrates a backplate with applied perlage polish. You just twist in and lock the case into it. Hamilton... Numbered limited edition hardwood chronometer box... Three in one timepiece... If your familiar, or not, with Navy or ship "deck" watches you can appreciate the aesthetics behind this piece. The watch size makes it suitable as a wrist watch and small desk clock making the look very handsome in the wooden frame on a desk..... The case itself, detaches from a strap and placed into a gimbal style box just like marine chronometers. That gimbal can be removed from the box and placed vertically so that you can use the watch as a desk clock. You can lock the gimbal in place to prevent the watch from moving around. When using the wooden watch box for the timepiece, there is a place under the gimbal apparatus to store the strap module. Hamilton Khaki Navy Pioneer Limited Edition, and you can consider it a convertible watch..   Hamilton Comes with Box, International warranty, special Instruction manual for the numbered box...   Please read carefully:

Let me start by saying, I have looked over Ebay, and boy, there sure are a lot of suspicious looking watches and suspicious looking sellers out there! That being said, many people are apprehensive to buy an expensive item on Ebay and, on the Internet in general. What if something goes wrong? PLEASE be careful & know who you are buying from. I have been a Watch Collector for more than 30 years & I personally have a huge collection. We have been selling, buying and trading watches since the early Internet days. In addition, I have been selling Cars on Ebay since 1998 with 100% positive feedback at Classbenz (check it out under seller's name search). I take great pride in only selling watches that I would personally want to own and wear. All of the watches that I sell are authentic; we do not sell or purchase replicas. Even if you are not ready to purchase now, feel free to explore the many watches that we have in stock by clicking on the link below which will direct you to our other listings. We do take trades. If you have a watch and were considering buying one of ours, let us know and we will try to help you work out a fair transaction. If, upon receipt, you discover that a watch is not exactly as described in the auction, we will gladly accept it back for a 100% full refund. We want this to be a positive experience for everybody. Please check our feedback and bid with confidence. We have over 100 watches in stock and are constantly buying, selling and trading. Please feel free to consider us for your next purchase. We have an extensive network and deal with all brands. We are not an authorized dealer for any particular brand, nor do we claim to be.
