This is an 18k rose gold Girard Perregaux 1945 Perpetual Calendar, 90285.0.52.6156. It has a leather strap with a folding GP rose gold buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 4 screws and engraved with "GIRARD PERREGAUX," the reference number "90285," and a serial number. On the 18K gold rotor is "18k – 750 – Manufacture – GIRARD-PERREGAUX – Le Chaux-de-fonde – Swisse." There are four correctors for the calendar/date, including three on the left case band, and one next to the winding crown on the right side. The 32mm by 41.5mm curved rectangular art deco case, fancy straight wedge lugs, and curved stepped bezel are polished. The dial is black with gold epee hands, a center sweep second hand, and applied rose gold Arabic numeral hour markers around a white rectangular railroad-style minute/second track. There are 3 black subsidiary dials with gold rims including a day register at 9 o'clock, a month dial at 12 o'clock, and a date dial at 3 o'clock. There is a moon phase dial at 6 o'clock. It has a 50-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet. The 11mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Girard Perregaux 1945 Perpetual Calendar 90285.0.52.6156 has a mechanical automatic self-winding GP caliber 033Q0.D movement that's rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes and oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 27 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, a micrometer regulator, and an 18K rose gold rotor.
