We accept returns up to 30 days from the receipt of an item according to the official delivery date provided by the courier and as long as the return is pre-approved by our staff. You must inform us of any defect with your merchandise within 3 days of delivery - after this time you must activate your warranty to resolve any issue. All items are sold with our 2 year seller warranty unless different information is provided in the listing. Please check your purchase as soon as it is delivered. Special offer for Holiday Shoppers – If you place your order after the 1st of October your item will qualify for an extended returns period until January 30th. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition as received and includes all original boxing, manuals, documentation, etc...
