Our Return Policy allows you to return an item up to a maximum of 30 days from receipt for a full refund of the item price. Any defect with your merchandise must be submitted to us within 3 days of receipt. After a period of 7 days from delivery, the warranty (included with the item unless stated otherwise in the listing) must be used to resolve any defect. Please inspect all items thoroughly upon receipt. As a seasonal gesture for our holiday customers - any order placed after October 1st will receive an extended returns period ending on January 30th. We can only allow returns if the item is in exactly the same condition as delivered and is returned with the original boxing and all manuals, booklets, etc... Depending on the issue and availability, we may be able to offer a replacement or exchange item, credit or refund. All returns are processed at our US & UK logistics warehouses. Return Procedure: Message us via eBay before returning your item with the reason you wish to return your order and a full description of any issue. We will provide a return form, instructions, return address and if your return qualifies according to eBay's regulations, a pre-paid label to ship back the item. Our warehouses process returns in approximately five to seven business days from arrival, however during extremely busy periods such as the holiday season, we hope for your understanding. If you have any concern about your refund, please contact us so we can look into it for you. Any item that has been altered, worn, used, resized or intentionally damaged is not eligible for return. All returns must be sent with the original box, packaging and all items that were included originally. Important: for "remorse returns" and similar, you will be refunded for the item cost only - shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount (15% of total to a maximum of $25 USD). Refunds are processed by PayPal. PayPal refund the original payment method used to place the order in most cases.
