This is a navy issue watch, it was issued to R.J Stride. Also it is a very rare Amphibian, Girard Perregaux. The numbers and hands glow in the dark it has military time above each hour number and it works. To set the time a jewler should pull handle out to set as this watch has been in a storage unit for many years without use. You will not find many of this item anywhere the amphibian is very rare indeed. The glass face does have a couple of very small scratches see the photos for marks, but they are not bad for the year. The exact year I am not sure.
