Here we have a stunning example of the very rare TUDOR Ref. 7960 OYSTERTHIN wrist watch. The watch is cased in a stainless steel case by Rolex that is in very good condition (see pictures) the case measures 34mm not including the crown and roughly 40.5mm from lug tip to lug tip. The watch is powered by the Tudor 21 jewel manual wind cal. 2402 by ETA it was recently serviced and is in excellent running condition keeping great time. The dial is all original and is in my opinion the best part of this watch, first of all it is an extremely rare dial for this watch which in itself is a rare model of the TUDOR watch brand to begin with being that it has the BIG ROSE at the 12 o'clock. The dial is a beautiful silver color with a slight sun ray effect coming from the center the pictures don't really do justice but you can kind of see it in them. The markers on the dial are applied silver arrow style markers with the BIG ROSE in silver applied at the 12. The hands are also silver. This dial is in truly remarkable condition for the age of the watch I have went over it and can not find any problems at all I hesitate to say perfect but this dial is as close as it gets. The watch has the original crown that has the Rolex crown with line under it the crown screws all the way in and is in perfect working order. The watch has a New Hadley Roma 19mm Lizard Grain Leather Strap in tan or I think the color might actually be called peanut. Overall this is a very rare TUDOR model watch that has a very rare dial it is in excellent condition for its age (see pictures) and is keeping great time.
