If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most* items within 14 days of the date your order was received for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping,  handling, or other additional charges. An item may be shipped back for an exchange if buyer would like.  You may return your item for a refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our returns  department to receive a Return Authorization Number.  If product is damaged from shipment please contact us immediately so that the proper course of action  may be taken.  Once we receive your returned merchandise and it is accepted for return, your refund or new item will  be processed within a few business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed and your  money will be refunded to the original form of payment.  * Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, or damaged in  any way will not be accepted for return. Engraved merchandise, or items that have been resized, may  not be returned. Returns without a Return Authorization Number or merchandise that is improperly  packaged will not be accepted for return. Returns that have not been approved by George The Creator will not be accepted. Returns without prior consent us will not be accepted.

Shipping Policies: Items generally require one handling day. In most circumstances, an item can be shipped out on the  same day as payment is received. This usually occurs if payment is received before 4:00PM EST. Before  an item is shipped, it is inspected. Items are only shipped once payment has been cleared.  Domestic Shipments:  US domestic shipments are sent via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.  All items are securely packaged, and all  shipments are fully insured and require direct signature by an adult. Please make sure that someone is  home to answer the door when item arrives. Items will not be left at the doorstep.  George the Creator does NOT ship to PO Box, APO, and FPO.  Please make sure that your address is PayPal verified and is cleared by PayPal. For credit card payments,  shipments will be made to the address listed on the license that matches that which is on the credit  card. Item will not be shipped to addresses that are not verified by PayPal.  International Shipments:  George the Creator is NOT responsible for any customs, import, duties, or any other taxes you may incur  with shipping to your country. All of these taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and will be at  the buyer’s expense. Please check with your country to find out more on the import and custom taxes.  These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost you paid us for your merchandise and  shipping. If you refuse to pay custom duties and release the package, you will be charged extra shipping  and a possible restocking fee.  All international shipments have a flat rate fee, which is generally posted on the item’s page individually.  All international shipments are sent with FedEx International Priority. All shipments come with insurance  and require a signature. Items are only shipped after payment is cleared.  We ship worldwide. Please make sure that your country allows for jewelry and watches to be shipped to  you.
