This is its latest version, the 886, back in fashion when, at the beginning of the 90's, the Swiss brands, recovering from the quartz crisis, started to look in the bottoms of the drawers of calibersproducers, recovering stock of mechanical mechanism, and put them in new models lines.The 886 is the VALJOUX 88 with the upgrade of a faster 21.800 A/h speed, compared to the 18.000 A/h of the former series.It has a solid 18k gold case, classical style, with a white enamel dial with roman numerals. Dimension are 36mm w./ 12,7 mm h./ 16mm lugs.It has still the protective paint on the bottom, it is virgin, never opened and I am not going to risk a scratch on it.. The last picture of the mechanism is from the web, but I do guarantee that themachine inside is exactly the same. My feedbacks as solid guarantee.It is branded LUCIEN ROCHAT, coming with its original box and outer box, setting pin and price tag of the time. It was the corresponding of 6.500 $ of 25 years ago !!!AND IT LOOKS JUST OUT FROM THE SHOP !!! You will never find one more like this one. Period.
