Christopher Ward C9 Harrison Automatic Chronograph Limited Edition #001.This is number 001 of 250, it's on the original blue alligator strap with butterfly deployment clasp and it's in brand new, unworn condition. It uses the famous ETA 7750 Valjoux movement - the same as can be found inside many premium watch brands such as Breitling, TAG Heuer, Panerai, Omega, IWC etc. etc.Christopher Ward use it in two of their their current models:
C60 Trident Chronograph Pro 600 which is available from £1,530 here: https://www.christopherward.co.uk/watches/dive/c60-trident-pro-chronograph-600C1000 Typhoon FGR4 which is £1,095 here: https://www.christopherward.co.uk/catalogsearch/result/?q=C1000
I bought this watch at a Christopher Ward charity auction in 2015 where Chris auctioned off a batch of 'Numbers 1s' from his own personal collection, giving a portion of the proceeds to charity. It cost me £1,000 and that's what I'm looking to return to me in the event of a sale - so the eBay price is higher due to the fees involved if you to buy on this platform. It's not really a watch that I'm mega keen to sell, in fact I'll be sad if someone does buy it, but I have my eye on a major purchase, so this is one of a few watches that I'm putting up for sale to see if there are any takers. If it doesn't sell, there will be no tears from me as I love owning it and it looks great in my "special CWs case"!The watch is in brand new condition and has a CW movement warranty valid until July 2020.User book is available here: https://www.christopherward.co.uk/media/manuals/c9_manual.pdfNote the first three pictures are library shots. About me:I often have people asking questions like "Is it real? Why are you selling? How did you come by it?" etc.As I'm finding myself giving similar replies to similar questions, I thought it would make sense to provide that type of information here, so here goes:I love Chris Ward watches. I bought my first one in 2008 and have been buying, selling and collecting them ever since. In much the same way as my number plate business, what started as a small hobby collection has developed into a larger collection with a commercial element. With both my watch and my number plate collection, I gain (almost) as much satisfaction from buying and owning the item for a week/month/year as I do when I buy for keeps.Number plates are my hobby, all watches (especially CW) are my hobby and buying/selling is also a hobby.I'm an opportunistic buyer of watches (and number plates). If I see something I like at a price I like, I'll buy it. Sometimes that's on eBay, sometimes at bona fide auctions, sometimes at invitation only events, sometimes people contact me with watches they want to sell, limited special offer discounts, you get the idea. All products are always 100% genuine, boxed and with paperwork, which CW could verify if you still need reassurance.I advertise the items I don't mind selling at prices I'd be happy to sell at - that's usually more than I bought them for and on eBay, it's always 10% higher than I actually want due to the fees charged by eBay and PayPal.I hope that info was useful and covers any questions or concerns you might have. If not, please drop me a line and I'd be happy to answer.Best regards,Dan
