Gents Brietling watch with genuine diamonds. This is the Chronomat Evolution model ref A13356. It's has a 42mm case and diamond bezel and up each shoulder lug. I am advised that this is a Brietling manufactured item and not an aftermarket bezel. The watch is a chronograph with Subseconds, dats and stop watch. It is fully automatic so does not require winding. I will guarantee the authenticity of this watch, but I do not have the original papers or box. This watch new is in excess of $12000. The watch keeps excellent time and is in very good to excellent condition.
