This warranty covers any mechanical issues including timekeeping or malfunctions. Warranty does not cover broken crystals, damage caused by water or any damage caused by abuse or neglect. A detail of Tulsa Time Inc. warranty, which replaces and supersedes all manufacture warranties, is available and kept on file in our store to be seen at your request should you lose your original, it will run current from the day you receive the item to the end of the term. The warranty goes with the serial number and name of owner of the watch. Transfer is easy but we do need the name and warrantee number of the previous owner, if you want to receive reminders you must call us to change ownership of the watch for our records.
