Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase unless arrangement has been made beforehand. If there are any problems, contact must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Paypal is accepted as main form of payment.  BUT other forms of payment can be arranged. Please contact me before bidding.  I deserve the right to cancel any transactions which I deem undesirable.

Shipping Policy

Handling times can vary but will not be longer than 3 days.  Item can only be dispatched to addressed provided by Paypal.

All items are posted using  postal service. 

A DHL express delivery can be arranged at the buyers request but for an extra cost (contact me for more details). Any customs or duty tax will be the responsibility of the buyer.  You can be rest assured that all items are packaged with care, so that they will arrive in excellent condition. Once the item has been posted, a Royalmail tracking number will be provided. I provide combined P&P so please contact me for more details.

Returns Policy

Returns will be provided on a case by case basis. A Refund will be issued once I have received and checked the item. The item, the Hermes box and ribbon must be returned in its original saleable condition.  The refund policy lasts for 7 days for UK and European customers and 15 days for rest of the world. This takes effect from the day you receive the item and I must receive the item within the days I specified above. Partial refunds can be provided.
