I purchased this watch in 1980 at an estate sale. It is a manual wind watch. It is 18 karat gold, has a flexible bracelet and it has a substantial weight. Its length is approximately 6 3/4 inches. It is for a dainty wrist. The clasp has two sections for you to choose the fit that you want.
I have worn this watch over the years but only for special occasions. Approximately six years ago, I sent the watch via my jeweler to Baume and Mercier in New York. It wasn't running. They replacd a spring and gave it a cleaning. And it's worked fine ever since. It has been kept in my safe deposit box for the last few years. I have arthritis issues in my wrist and the watch no longer fits me. It is a very elegant time piece. Thank you for your interest.
