Your order will be processed during normal business hours. Tracking will be available within 48 hours of shipment. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date. We use UPS or USPS for shipping. The processing time for any AIR package including overnight or Two day air is 24 business hours. Shipping Restrictions: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please select the US Postal option for APO and FPO addresses. Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays. Weekend delivery days are valid for Next Day Air Saturday delivery only. If you would like to request a Saturday delivery, please call us at 1866-735-9116 to place your order. As a service to our troops serving outside of the country, we can ship to APO’s via USPS. This might delay shipment for up to a week as we do not get the post office regularly. We will do our best, though, to get there as soon as possible. Delivery Requirements For your protection and ours, all of our products require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. You may also arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS branch.
Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Certifiedwatchstore. Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
