We DO NOT cover any watch we sell for WATER DAMAGE. We strongly recommend that you only use your watch in water whilst it is in the manufacturer's warranty period. Vintage watches should not be worn in the water. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the watch is waterproof. We strongly recommend you pressure test your watch at least once per year.If you do wish to claim a warranty item on your watch please contact The Watch Finder Co. immediately either in writing or by phone. It is entirely at our discretion that your claim satisfies the conditions of use and we will repair the watch at our own expense using our watchmaker if we deem that the warranty is enforceable. If the watch has been worn, scratched, scuffed or damaged by accident of intentionally by the customer no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.All refunds issued will be done by the original payment method and will only be done once the goods are received at our offices and our staff have inspected the goods.All refunds are subject to approval by The Watch Finder Co, and entirely at our discretion.
