Returns & Exchange:Whilst we take every possible measure to ensure our customers are satisfied, there are rare occasions where an order is not completely satisfying. In these cases, your order may be returned, in a simple and straightforward manner. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that you find that you are unhappy with your purchase you can inform us in writing via email within 14 days from the date you receive your delivery.As long as the product is still in brand new condition and unworn we will refund the purchase price less and applicable delivery charges. If the product is incorrect or faulty on delivery, we offer a full exchange programme to ensure your satisfaction. Please contact us by mail if you wish to return any item, if this is within 14 days of receipt we will refund you the full cost of your order less any delivery charges if applicable.  If any adjustments, for example, bracelet resizing, are made to personalize your product(s) you may NOT return the item as being unsuitable as the item can no longer be sold as new.
