This beautiful pocketwatch made by the American Waltham Watch company, has a .10 CT. Diamond in the rear cover, wear the movement is located. From the tall stem, I believe the watch was produced before 1920, because the watches made after 1920 had short stems. The watch features all four colors of 14k gold. Yellow, red, green, and white.
