Item: 2007 Marathon GSAR US Government Divers Automatic Watch With SS Band - Limted Edition Number 2 of only 18 made!!!Comes with original Marathon box and cover sleeve proving this was only one of 18 watches made for a SEAL UDT team in 2007. Before these watches could be purchased by the public, they were sold only to marine/ Navy dive teams in small numbers.This particular watch belonged to a navy SEAL diver (only 18 watched were made for his group) and this is serial number 2 of 18. According to marathon The set of 18 was made for the illustrious DevGru Team 6.He used the watch for A couple deployments and sold it on EBAY in 2008 before most people even knew what a Marathon watch was. The watch had some scratching on the bezal and the main triangle illumination marker was missing.I sent the watch back to Marathon Who has excellent customer service by the way, had them replace the bezal, replace the crown, polish the watch and add the stainless steel band.Then I did (YOU) the biggest favor of all, I never wore it!!!!!!!The watch lites up in the dark like a Christmas Tree!!!Extremely rare item almost impossible to find.The pictures tell the whole story!!!Watches like this one now sell for over $1,400.00 but they have no history like this one or such low serial numbers.MINT Condition - Bought it & Put it away.Works perfectly like the day it came from the factory.It is 100% Authentic. A true collectors item. Recently appraised at nearly $3000 Sure to climb in value over the years grab this piece before someone else does it is a true collectible.This watch will be shipped priority mail and fully insurred and will be professionally wrapped as I do with all my high end items.
