Up for sale in a private listing, an extremely desirable and heavy 18k Gold pocket watch from the historical epicenter of Swiss haute horology, Le Locle. This watch is 49mm excluding crown to the case outer diameter, and is approximately 19 Ligne, the Swiss equivalent of the American 16 size. This Ulysse Nardin time only is a brilliant example of classic master watch manufacture housed in a Huguenin signed neoclassical themed case. It celebrates the Tiro Federale marksmanship competition that took place in Bellinzona, Switzerland, in 1929. The watch is triple signed Ulysse Nardin/Locle on the dial, case, and movement. This watch features the large presentation ruby jewels used in special watches, and all parts of the movement look pristine. The dial is perfect, with no chips or crazing, gorgeous. Everything is original, the dial, hands, Crystal....as if presented, and then treasured. It winds, sets, and runs easily, everything is smooth, pristine, and as it should be.
