Gorgeous 1960's NIVADA Grenchen DEPTHMASTER 1000 Diver in amazing 100% original & clean condition. I have owned this watch for many years, it's a minty, accurate & sensitive eye-catcher, automatic with only minor issues-- it measures 37mm without crown, 39mm with crown, 46mm lug to lug, 18mm between lugs-- face is marine blue, signed "NIVADA Grenchen, Automatic, Depthmaster 1000, Swiss Made"-- a fully functioning date window at the3 o'clock position-- hands & numerals are dramatic with a lollipop sweep seconds hand - NO loss of fill on hands-- face is in perfect ORIGINAL condition-- bezel is fixed & clear-- crystal is domed with marks  - No cracks, NO clouding (not suitable for water / not tested)-- crown is large, coin-edged & signed "N" - easy pull / push / set -- back is screw-down & signed "NIVADA Grenchen with "N" logo-- case is signed "Waterproof, Stainless Steel, Compensamatic, Incabloc, Automatic, 57024"-- a name & phone number* are etched into back steel plate (perhaps original owner - not seen when worn)-- fitted with tan leather band (worn but suitable for daily use, as was on watch when I purchased it, years ago)This NIVADA Grenchen Depthmaster 1000 is in amazing all original, fully working, accurate & well-cared for condition (as with all vintage watches it will have minor signs here & there of careful & infrequent use)It is super clean tho' not perfect, with it's marked crystal & etched owner name -- other than that, it is ready for many more years of great service & I'll miss it, having only worn it sparingly through the years. Again, NOT water tested.*green tape on back is just to "hide" the etched name & phone number - the back is clean throughoutNOTE: a special tool is required to open the back, which I don't have -- but guaranteed completely authentic
