The case has both high polished and brushed finishes making the watch appropriate for both sporty and dressier occasions. The case measures 44mm and 49mm including the crown. The case is a substantial 17mm thick. The lug to lug measurement is approximately 50mm which will allow for a nice presence on a wide range of wrist sizes without looking too large or small depending on wrist size.The signed crown measures a robust 9mm. Surrounding the screw down crown is a textured rubber ring for easy grasping. The crown engages smoothly with no play or wiggle. The chronograph function pushers double as crown guards providing some protection of the crown, however, it should be noted that the crown extends beyond the furthest point of pushers by a few millimeters leaving the crown ever so slightly vulnerable to potential impacts. The non crown side of the case is nicely machined to match and balance out the look of the case from side to side (please see video for better explanation). No HEV is present on this version of the Extreme Diver. If I could envision one upgrade to the case it would be drilled lugs for either quick spring bar release or screw in lug bars. Overall the case is truly stunning looking from top to bottom from one side to the other.
