■ Important notice about antique/vintage watches
The watches were made more than 10 to 100 years ago and very sensitive. Antique/vintage watches are inferior in waterproof, shockproof, magnetism prevention and accuracy to modern watches. Basically the watches that we have listed are start to run after you wind and fairly accurate (generally experience an error of up to 1 to 5 minutes a day).  Unless noted otherwise, the watches are not overhauled, so please consider an overhaul in the future.
If you are looking for accurate modern watches, please refrain from bidding.

 ■ Maintenance after purchase
Mechanical watches need to have an overhaul every 3 to 4 years to function properly. Customized antique clock such as a pocket watch that converted to a wristwatch can not be maintenance by a manufacturer, so please contact watchmaker near you or online.

■ Note
* Antique watches might have been repaired in the long history. There is a possibility that some parts were replaced and it's impossible to us to grasp everything. It might has been replaced with a part/parts which isn't the manufacturer original. Details are described as much as we know.

* We've tested the operation of the watches that have a chronograph/stopwatch function. However, it is unreasonable to expect this part to function properly. Some antique watches may stop working if the chronograph was used for a long time. Replacement parts are not available, so we don't recommend to use the chronograph function. There is no problem to use as just a watch.

There is a possibility that the watches may have some knacks to use since those are antiques. (e.g. Winding rules, setting time, initial start-up etc..) It is not difficult to use, once you figure it out.

* About the watches with power reserve indicator.
Most of the watches operate for about 24 hours to 30 hours, but some of those may operate less than 24 hours. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.

*Please note that due to lighting effect and computer color, the actual colors may be slightly different from the pictures.

* Sometimes we end listings early by several circumstances.
