Fortis Terrestis Orchestra AM Classical Auto watch 18K R/Gold case 900.13.32 L10
Orchestra p.m. Gold  40 mm | reference: 900.13.31   A good orchestra distinguishes itself by its love for detail and the perfect harmony of each individual part in concert with the whole. That is exactly what drove FORTIS to create this extraordinary timepiece. This watch is a harmonious ensemble consisting of soft, smooth curves and precise edges. The fine details like the domed sapphire crystal, domed dial, drop - shaped lug and our new crown speak to an unmistakably, yet discretely elegant tone. The rose - gold indices and hands emphasize the classic attitude of this timepiece. The Orchestra triggers a strong nostalgic emotion, yet manages to maintain a modern touch in its 40 mm Ø case The technology used in the watch is anything, but old-fashioned. A modern automatic Swiss movement, ETA 2895 - 2, bolted glass case back with 6 screws and an elegant case that is water-resistant up to 5ATM make the orchestra a timepiece reminiscent of the 1930’s and 40’s yet containing 21 st century technology. The dial of the Orchestra is available in the a.m. - version with silver - opaline dial and as p.m. version with anthracite dial.    Specifications: movement: automatic, Swiss made, ETA 2895-2, 42 h power reserve, 27 jewels case: 40 mm Ø, 10,02 mm height, solid 5N rose-gold, domed sapphire crystal, mineral crystal caseback with 6 screws, water-resistant 5 bar functions: hour, minute, small second, date at 6 h packaging: leather box, instruction manual, international warranty dial/hands: 40 mm Ø, 10,02 mm height, solid 5N rose-gold, domed sapphire crystal, mineral crystal caseback with 6 screws, water-resistant 5 bar options: leather strap black, medium brown (Barenia), light brown (Liberty Gold)
About Fortis
FORTIS belongs to the traditional Swiss watch brands which is active since its foundation in 1912 without interruption. As the world's first manufacturer of automatic wristwatches in 1926, FORTIS went down in watch history by producing the first Automatic watch, the legendary Harwood, in a series production. In the middle of the 50s and 60s, to the climax of the automatic wristwatches, FORTIS enjoyed a good reputation as well as a worldwide brand awareness and distribution network. In the 80s FORTIS is known as a manufacturer of functional, reliable mechanical wristwatches. In 1994, after endurance tests on the borderline of modern physics, the Star City Training Center chose the FORTIS OFFICIAL COSMONAUTS CHRONOGRAPH as part of their Official Cosmonauts' equipment. Since then, FORTIS Automatic wristwatches have proven their space capability in several missions, even outside of the protecting space station in outer space. Based on the intensive collaboration with the experts in space travel a unique new watch was developed: The FORTIS Official Cosmonauts Chronograph Automatic Alarm. A real spin-off from space and a world's first: The FORTIS chronograph automatic with mechanical alarm. With the development of this movement, FORTIS has earned a lot of approval from competitors and the professional world. Exactly 10 years after the first official flight FORTIS has been reconfirmed in 2004 as the official wris
