This exceptional, fine and impressive figaro style double Albert watch chain has been crafted in 9k yellow gold. The figaro style chain consists of eight longer oval links which articulate via twenty-nine smaller circular links, each stamped with the mark for 9k gold (9.375). This double Albert watch chain is is fitted at either end with a hallmarked swivel clasp. A hallmarked T-bar suspends from the centre of the chain via a larger ring loop. The hallmarks include the maker's mark for John Meek 'J.M', the maker's mark for E Whitehouse & Son 'EW&S', the Birmingham Assay Office hallmark (anchor) and the date letter for 1863 (O). Condition This exceptional double Albert watch chain is fine quality and a very good gauge of gold.
