Please find photos below the description.Rare fly-back chronograph watch.
Caliber UROFA 59 was developed by Tutima Glashutte in beginning of 1940s. It was intended to German military aviation.
In 1945 the factory was under Soviet occupation and the stock of parts was took to USSR.
There, on 1st Moscow Watch Factory (1MCHZ) from these parts were assembled chronographs, technically identical to Tutima, but bearing 1MCHZ marking on dial and movement.
Totally were assembled less than 5000 watches. Very this exemplar bears serial number 03890.
The 1MCHZ version of Tutima chronograph is more rare than original.
This story is widely covered in literature, see Knirim's book on German military watches, for example. The watch is appears to be in good collector condition.
The case has minor wear.
Dial is in good condition, with original painting.
Original skeleton hands.
Movement is in fully running condition, all chronograph functions work as they should.
The strap is also probably original, but I cannot guarantee it.
