Oggi faccio il mio check-in con una rarità, questo è un orologio lettura diretta Lord Elgin dal 1950, un orologio amato e indossato da Elvis Presley. Questo in pericolante presenta ancora lo stemma Elgin e la patina del tempo sui dischi rotanti è sorprendente. Sul retro c'è un incisione datata 1957...Dev'essere stato un bel regalo per la persona sulla dedica... Orologio ricercato dai collezionisti di tutto il mondo sopratutto per la forma ed il suo significato nella storia del vintage. Il movimento meccanico a carica manuale mostra ore e minuti saltanti e rotanti, una delizia per gli occhi. La cassa è placcata oro 50 micron anche sul fondello. Condizioni generali ottime, solo lievi ed ovvi del tempo che vengono via lucidandolo lievemente. Un oggetto più che raro, assolutamente unico, ad alto livello collezionistico. Today I'm checking in with a rarity, this is a Lord Elgin direct read watch from 1950, a watch loved and worn by the Elvis Presley. This one has still the crest and the patina on the rotating discs is amazing. On the back there's an engraving dated 1957, It must have been a nice gift for the person on the writing... Clock sought after by collectors all over the world especially for the form and its significance in the history of the vintage. The mechanical hand - winding movement displays hours and minutes jumping and rotating, a delight for the eyes. The case is gold plated 50 microns even on the back. excellent conditions, only slight and obvious time coming off polishing it mildly. A more than rare object, unique, high-level collectors.
