Smooth and well-preserved silver case with punches of case maker in the lid. Glass with bulls eye. Enamelled dial with Roman numerals I to XII. The dail is in near mint condition. Beautiful Singel hand made of iron. The dial has some fine hairlines, only with a magnifying glass recognizable. The watch is wound with the central schaft. Very high, gilt full plate movement with verge escapement, chain and fusee. Extra large, three-arm steel balance. Balance cock with lush ornamentation of vegetal ornaments and grotesque masks. Worm screw. The movement has some very rare construction details. Spring regulation on steel rake and regulator disc. The movement is signed with "Michel Jacob", under the balance wheel the location information "A Tours". The clean movement is running. Diameter of the watch 52mm. Weight 111g. Das Zifferblatt wunderbar erhalten. Die Uhr wird über die zeigerwelle aufgezogen. Sehr hohes, vergoldetes Vollplatinenwerk mit Spindelhemmung, Kette und Schnecke. Extragroße, dreiarmige Stahlunruh. Unruhkloben mit üppiger Verzierung aus vegetabilen Ornamenten und Maskaronen. Vorspannung über Wurmschraube und ungewöhnlicher Schnecke mit ganz seltener Konstruktion des Gesperrs.
