“Like New” - Pristine, with no signs of wear, all original, and sometimes comes with original tags and or box.
“Excellent” – Minimal signs of wear, Can have some minor tarnish or uneven patina.
“Great” – Items may have some minor flaws, such as normal wear, minor or light scratches, usually things you cannot see with the naked eye unless closely examining or with a 10x loupe. Natural inclusions that are inherent of a stone is not considered a flaw.
“Good” - Very wearable, but has been worn and enjoyed over the years, can show wear ,maybe gold finish is wearing off on the back, one or two rhinestones stones slightly off color, scratches, pin size nick/dings. Can show uneven or dark patina/Tarnish.
