Jewels set in gold screwed chatons, gold settings to capping jewels. Bi-metallic balance and overcoil hairspring. Serviced and running strongly. Case Heavy silver, signed by maker PCFs. Signed on inner cover JW Benson, Chronometer Maker 33 & 34 Ludgate Hill And 47 & 63 Cornhill, LONDON. Virtually perfect with no wear to the silver machining. Case Dimensions 51m diameter, not including chain ring. Crystal New hunter real glass fitted. Chain Ring Original. Dial Enamel in near perfect condition. Fine Roman numerals and blued steel hands. Large sunken seconds at 6. Fully signed as case. Back Hinged to both covers. General / Condition Very clean vintage all original and rare J W Benson pivoted detent chronometer. Working perfectly.
