Sapphires are in good condition with no cracks or missing pieces but show slight chipping from being knocked during use. Sapphires are original and antique but there is no practical way to tell if they are natural or synthetic. Bezel and sides are ornately engraved. Case is in excellent condition with no dings, major scratches or brassing. Sapphire cabochon crown. Inner caseback marked "Bulova Quality Pat. June 10, 1924" and "0049255"
