Very rare, large size, early steel Universal Tricompax in 36 mm without crown, 38 mm with crown, with day, date, month, moonphase, stop watch, chronograph, 30 min register, 12 hour register, tachymeter, this is a rare offering in all original unpolished steel case, fully serviced. The watch is fully working and well timed. However due to age, waterproofing is not guaranteed. It has been serviced and timing is good. It is mechanical winding wrist watch. Band is faux leather, used and recommended for replacement. While servicing, my watchmaker would have followed the protocols to replace needed parts with original or use the same with necessary cleanings. I am NOT a watchmaker but just a collector and hence when you bid, you accept this reality. Watch is working well but it has been noticed that even when chronograph button is not on, chronograph hand moves a few seconds in a day. Also, the chronograph reset lower right button is slightly stiff and attimes doesnot come out smoothly with spring action. There seems some gap beneath one square button. Case has usage marks consistent with age and as submitted earlier, is crisp and unpolished. If cleaned and buffed, all those marks will go. All buttons work as intended. I am a collector and all the watches are personally used by me. I would use India Post or Fedex/DHL. But attimes private courier donot ship items that tick'. Shipment can be rough at times on vintage watches and even though my feedback should be your reassurance, you must keep this fact in mind. I have recently relocated to a new city and hence shipment may take a few days.
