Movement: produced in November, 1859, pre-Civil War, 11 jewels, steel balance, mechanically the movement is working well. The winding key is included. Case: AT & Co, Hunter coin case, well worn with some creases on the back lid, it's an old watch that was used regularly Dial: Appleton Tracy & Co marked dial with blued hands no hairlines This is a very early specimen of the American watch company being manufactured in 1859 before the Civil War began. I've had this watch for over 15 years. I'm a collector and have decided to pair down my collection. I hope someone will enjoy this pocket watch as much as I have.
