Description This watch is in great condition. It is guaranteed running and keeping time Issued between 1932-34, the Hamilton Andrews solid gold rectangular was not very popular and was not a big selling item. Many watches have been harvested for gold melting, there may not be very many of these left for collectors.
The case is nice and smooth not showing much wear . Some very light micro fine scratches from use. The case back is still very nice with a dedication/presentation engraved; the inner case back is marked H-12/0 Wadsworth, 14 karat solid gold serial # 0192189 The glass crystal is excellent. The original Silver dial is very good, little or no aging visible. It features 18kt gold numerals. Gold hands are also excellent . This watch is powered by a 19 jewel 401 movement serial H56808, in perfect working order . Also includes a great vintage style pigskin leather strap...total length 7 1/2" - 8". .........questions promptly answered.......THANK YOU!
