Up for sale I have a beautiful, vintage, 17 jewel Arnex pocket watch featuring a Reuge musical automaton. The watch includes the original key and box. The music and animation are 100% mechanical. When the button is pressed or the alarm goes off the woman pumps the water pump while the water from the pump spins making it appear to move while the horse's head and man's arm moves up and down all while the music plays. The case measures approximately 57mm in Diameter and 76mm including the stem and bow. The watch keeps excellent time, the music plays as it should, the alarm function works and the automaton function also works perfectly. This is commonly referred to as "The Fountain Watch." The watch is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. The music and automaton function is wound from the inner case back. The watch functions are wound and set using the top two crowns. The case is gold plated to 10 microns which is twenty times thicker than standard gold plate so no worries about the gold finish. The buyer is to pay a flat rate of $10 shipping and the watch will be carefully packaged and shipped immediately with insurance for the purchased amount via USPS Priority Mail as soon as payment is received through PayPal and the buyer will receive a tracking number at this time.
