Diameter 45 mm, 85g, circa 1780 -90. Massive double housing 18K Gold. Hallmark Goldsmith "PR". Inner cabinet smooth. Outer casing with relief elaborate figurative scene. View a wedding scene with man and woman on a burning altar, married by an archangel, while the spouse is crowned by flying angels. Inner housing with small signs of wear, outer casing in very nice condition. Enamelled dial, radial Roman hours, Arabic minutes. Marked. Two pointers. The dial is beautifully preserved, only slightly scratched. Glass with small signs of wear. Full plate movement with verge escapement, chain and fusee. Key wind, gilt, signed, applied, floral engraved and sawn ornaments, square Balusterpfeiler, three-arm steel balance, pierced balance cock with noble crest. The coat of arms shows a dwarf head between two scythes surmounted by a crown. The clean plant running properly. Overall condition of the watch very nice and functional.
