Refunds will be in the original form of payment, via Paypal. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original
documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. 'New and unused condition'
means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security/price tags are still attached; and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way.
We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Returns must be postage prepaid via traceable carrier and, for your protection, insured for the full purchase price of the products, including any shipping and
handling charges. In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write the words 'jewelry', 'diamonds', or any other terms related to the
package being sent (unless required by customs and insurance, etc, where necessary). Olympus Jewels™ will not be responsible for loss or damage of return
shipments. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized
(by a jeweler other than Olympus Jewels™), do not have security/price tags on them, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Please note: All custom orders must be prepaid. Rings with custom sizes, bracelets, necklaces and other items which we adjusted or manufactured to your
specification are not returnable and not refundable. Return times: Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange
within seven business days. Please note: Returning watches, we strongly recommend that you do not wear your watch if you intend to return it. Any wear will likely result in damage,
however minute, that will prevent us from reselling the watch. Any watch that has been resized, scratched, or blemished will not be accepted.
Please return the watch in the original box, with all the packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Any additional items included with the watch, such as gift with purchase offers, must also be returned as sent or the cost will be deducted from the refund

After an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation. Subsequently, our employees will process your order and get it ready for shipment as soon as possible.
The usual order processing time is one to three business days (this includes the time it takes for our security department to review the order and to prepare
the item for shipment.) If the item is out of stock, it will take us from two to four weeks to manufacture it for you. However, if an item is not in our inventory,
be assured that you will be contacted and given several options including ordering a similar item. Please note: Under no circumstances are shipping fees refundable. All items shipped that are Diamond and/or Gold Jewelry is insured. If a loss or damage
claim has been made it can take between 30 to 60 days to process. This is the time period required for the shipping companies. If the claim is approved,
the funds will be forwarded to you within three days. New York State residents are required to pay 8.875% tax.
International customers are responsible for all import tariffs & duties.
