For sale is this RARE 1890 grade 85, bridge model, size 16 pocket watch. This watch was made in 1890 and it was the 869th made out of only 1000 made the first year of production. This pocket watch was the first run of the grade 85 & the first run of the bridge model in the 16s. This pocket watch measures 54 mm across its 14k solid gold engraved case. The outside of the case has small handing scratches BUT inside case there is NO scratches or jeweler marks. This watch runs and has been in a safe for the last forty years. The movement, face and overall condition is EXCELLENT condition.  I WILL NOT TAKE THE MOVEMENT OUT OF THE CASE TO WEIGH THE GOLD CASE! I'm selling it for its rare historical value not it's meltdown value. I'm listing it at 15% over my best offer I personally have on it from a collector. This is my way to find the true value & cover the fees here & PayPal. I know nothing about pocket watches so this is my best venue because I've been watching for the likeness of this pocket watch but none show up. This may be the only survivor of the first 1000 made in this pristine condition. Good luck bidding.
