ANTIQUE LE PHARE MINUTE REPEATER CHRONOGRAPH SPLIT SECOND SILVER LARGE POCKET WATCH No.1569 having multiple awards. Description Remarkable Minute Repeater & Chronograph open face pocket watch by Le Phare. The beautiful Silver case bears a enamel dial and a NOT fully functional complicated movement. C: Open face style in 0.875 Silver with a fine finish on back covers and a decorated shield for monogramming on the inside back cover. Original antique style crown, Repeater push-button at 9 to trigger the repeater mechanism. In good condition for its age, showing some evidence of wear and a few minor imperfections due to careful use and age. Measures 57.5 mm (2.2") in diameter and is 21 mm (0.83") thick. It has a double cover to protect the movement followed by a dustcover signed 'Le Phare, No. 1569, Repetition Minutes Chronographe' and engraved with a series of medals. Stamped inside with corresponding Silver seal and Swiss hallmark, along with reference number 1569. The whole watch weighs 100 grams / 3.5oz plus. D: Original antique white enamel dial in good condition, see pics. It features golden hands and black Arabic numerals. Outer 60-minute track divided in 300 and a small sunken seconds subdial at 6. M: Original Le Phare complicated movement with repeating mechanism. Manual wind, stem-set. Recently cleaned and serviced, in Timing working condition, keeping good time.
