Selling my complete vintage Railroad pocket watch collection of 20 pieces for one price: $9,000. I collected wrist watches for over 25 years which I have now sold in my retirement. I only collected these railroad pocket watches accidentally when I would come across them because even though I never used them; they where just such incredible works of mechanical art (kind of a special little universeunto themselves) that I had to buy them. All are in good working condition but have not been used, cleaned or cilibrated in some twenty years.Listing as follows:1) Waltham Vanguard 23 jewels, adjusted for 6 positions with rare "up - down" power indicator. Very good condition2 Waltham Vanguard 23 jewels, adjusted to 6 positions with rare "up - down" power indicator. This one has red markings on dial. Very good condition.3) Waltham Cresent Street 21 jewels, adjusted to 5 positions, with rare "up - down" power indicator The Cresent Street with up down power indicator is even more rare then the Vanguard one's and thus worth slightly more to serious collectors. There is some brassing wear on outside edges of back but everything else is in very good condition.4) Waltham Vanguard 23 jewels, adjusted to 6 positions with rare "up - down" power indicator. Very good condition.5) Waltham popback 21 jewels. This is a massive watch in weight and feel. Has engraving on inside dust cover that reads: "From Mother July 11th 1905." There would be considerable gold weight in this rolled gold plate case. Very good condition.6) Waltham Premier 21 jewels, adjusted for temperature, jeweled main wheel, and signed Waltham USA Riverside. Very good condition7) Hamilton 950B Railroad Special, 23 jewels, and adjusted to temperature and 6 positions. Not many could aford the rather expensive Hamilton 950 or 950B, but those that had them where the envey of their fellow workers. Very good condition.8) Hamilton 950 23 jewels, ajusted 5 positions with "motor barrel" on movement. Very good condition.9) Illinois 161A Bun Special 21jewels, adjusted for temperature and 6 positions, motor barrel sixty hour with elinvar and gold train. Very good condition10) Ball Official R.R.
